Refund policy
At Silvaay, we put our heart into creating timeless keepsakes for your little ones. Every product is carefully handcrafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Since most of our jewellery is custom-made and designed exclusively for kids, we do not accept returns or exchanges in general.
However, we take full responsibility in the rare case that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is received in a damaged condition.

A wrong item is delivered.

An unboxing video showing the package opening is mandatory to raise a return request. Without this, we cannot process claims.
Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Condition of Return

The product must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Any signs of use, tampering, or missing packaging will make the return ineligible.
Refund/Exchange Process

Once verified, we will arrange for a pickup of the product.

In case pickup service is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our address (details will be shared by our support team).

Customers can choose between:

Exchange: A replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

Refund: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

A processing fee of ₹250 will be deducted from refunds to cover logistics and handling.
